I created The Four Week Shred Program after seeing a gap in the market for a simple, practical and easy-to-follow nutrition plan. A plan designed to give you amazing results in as little as 4 weeks!  A plan that is perfect for dropping a few pounds for a special occasion or as a kickstart to your fat loss journey. Furthermore, a nutrition plan with no unusual or hard-to-find ingredients, focusing on staple foods that can already be found in the kitchen, thus enabling you to start the plan immediately!

Combining this simple nutrition plan with a compulsory daily step goal of a minimum of 8,000-10,000 steps,  following up with clients on a weekly basis and adding them to the Whatsapp Shred Support Group has been the magic formula for the ultimate success of this program.

The Four Week Shred Program works by creating a calorie deficit. This is a state in which you burn more calories than you consume. This deficit forces the body to use fat stores for energy, resulting in fat loss. Simply reducing portion sizes and becoming more consciously active with the daily step goal has allowed every participant in the program to achieve a fat loss they didn't think was possible in such a short time.
