Plant-based cooking doesn't need to be tasteless, complicated or boring. All it takes is a little practice and a fresh new perspective on how food can still be enjoyed without animal products.

 

I enjoy cooking, but it has to be simple to make and of course delicious.

 

I started my plant-based journey some 4 years ago and I haven't looked back since. In fact, I wish I had made the change sooner! I have never felt so energetic. I recover better after exercise and I can't remember the last time I had a cold. Furthermore, I feel happy knowing that i'm doing my bit for the environment and helping to save a few animals along the way.
